The Grove's sweet-toothed shoppers will soon get a taste of France's most fashionable desserts. Luxury confectioner and lifestyle brand Ladurée is coming to the outdoor shopping center, reveals Pret-A-Reporter.
Founded in 1892 by Louis Ernest Laduree, the Parisian patisserie became a fashion world favorite and has collabed with luxury labels like Lanvin, Christian Louboutin, and Marni, to name just a few. The bakery is best known for its colorful macarons, cakes, cream puffs, and other sweet treats; it also offers home fragrances and candles.
Ladurée's first west coast outpost will be its second stateside location after its New York shop, which opened in the Upper East Side in 2011.
