For its fourth LA outpost, Shinola decided to bring a few east coast pals to the west. The Detroit-based brand has debuted its DTLA Arts District boutique at the historic Garey Building, and it's their coolest SoCal shop yet.

Spanning 5,000 square feet, the store shares a roof with healthy eatery The Smile's Di Alba (a new farmers market-driven Italian focacceria) and renowned inker Scott Campell's by-appointment Saved Tattoo, both hailing from New York. Shinola will occupy half of the space, offering its well-made watches, stationery, bicycles, and luxe leather accessories, and just-launched turntables and audio equipment alongside its customizable watch service The Willard Program.

In addition, Shinola's shop will house a 24-foot art wall that'll feature a new artist on the regular, starting with Campbell's fine art. Take a peek inside the modern boutique (which was designed by NY's Gachot Studios) and stay tuned for more on The Smile's forthcoming resto.

Shinola DTLA is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 9pm, Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 10am to 6pm; Saved Tattoo is open daily from 12 to 8pm.
