We're just around the corner from January 2017, a.k.a. the hottest month for gym membership deals. If you're resolving to break free from the traditional workout circuit, then add Pure Barre's newest studio in Marina Del Rey to your hit list.

Soft-open as of last month at Marina Marketplace, the 1,000-square-foot studio offers the fitness chain's 55-minute whole-body workouts inspired by ballet. The space also houses a mini boutique where clients can shop stylish athleticwear and gear from Alo Yoga, Beyond Yoga, Vimmia, Onzie, Pure Barre x Splits59, and more.

Owner and health advocate Kristina Teitelbaum tells us she first discovered Pure Barre's fat-burning, butt-sculpting moves in Chicago, where she lived for five years before decamping for LA's breezy Westside two years ago. "[I] spent my post-college days on a seemingly never-ending journey to find a work-out that didn't feel mundane like the routine that most traditional gym environments offer," she tells us. "I was inspired to open the studio to provide a community-based environment that encourages health, wellness, and becoming the best version of yourself while achieving quick results."

Ready to sweat? PB MDR is offering new clients unlimited workouts for their first month for $125; score the deal here.
