The LA-based detox spa opened its fourth outpost last month in the West Hollywood Design District, offering another fitness-free spot for sweating away the pounds.
Landing at Robertson and Santa Monica Boulevards, the 2,000-square-foot space offers Shape House's signature 55-minute sweat sessions which can burn up to 800 to 1,600 calories, help boost metabolism, revitalize the skin, flush out toxins, strengthen the heart, and soothe muscles, among other health benefits. The wellness sanctuary's sauna beds are equipped with FAR infrared technology, a "radiant form of natural energy [that] safely penetrates the skin to increase core-body temperature."
Single sweat or lymphatic drain sessions are $45 and monthly memberships are $36 (one session per month) to $380 (15 sessions per month); get more pricing here.
