Gabriela Artigas' New Jewelry Boutique on Melrose Is A Statement Accoutrements Lover's Dream

Back in 2013, LA jewelry designer Gabriela Artigas toasted a decade of decking out stars and fashion folks in her bold-yet-minimalist accoutrements by opening her first studio and showroom on La Cienega Boulevard. This year, the Mexico City-bred, celebrity-beloved talent is toasting 10 years of teaming with her equally stylish sister Tere (who joined her sibling's label as sales director in 2008) with the opening of a new boutique on Melrose Avenue.

The 850-square-foot space is about a mile away from the Artigas' first outpost, where fashion-faved neighbors include Reformation, Assembly Los Angeles, Cisco Home, and more. Designing the interiors was a friends and family effort: Gabriela and Tere tapped their brother Alex of Artless Corporation to create custom furnishings, while Studio Hus founder Tatum Kendrik and Collina Strada designer/collaborator Hillary Taymour also had a hand in dreaming up the decor, which includes marble and chrome metal-finished tables and mirrored columns inspired by Gabriela's designs.

As far as merch, the boutique stocks Gabriela's luxurious architecturally-informed fine jewelry, which is beloved by stars like Meghan Markle, Gwyneth Paltrow, Chloe Grace Moretz, and many others. Expect to find her signature tusk earrings, rings, cuffs, and necklaces alongside chunky 14k rose gold chain chokers, pave diamond-studded rings (which are conflict-free, of course), and men's signet rings and cuff links, to name just a few. The brand is also debuting its exclusive new COSMOS range ($280 to $790), which pays tribute to one of Gabriela's very first collections by way of 14k gold and white mother of pearls.

"One of the things we love the most is that we have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years. so it's home to us," the sisters Artigas tell us. "We can ride our bikes or walk to work. We get beautiful natural light and collaborated with our family and friends to make our space as we dreamt it."

Gabriela Artigas is open Monday through Saturday from 12 to 6pm and Sunday from 12 to 4pm.
