Footwear fanatics: If you're looking to swap your hard-earned cash (or even your own barely-worn kicks) for a fresh pair of Yeezys or some new-ish ugly shoes, this weekend's Sneaker Con will be your playground. This Saturday, August 4 and Sunday, August 5, (12 to 7pm both days), the gathering is bringing over 100,000 pairs of sneakers to the Anaheim Convention Center.
On top of shopping coveted kicks (including Off-White's complete "The Ten" collection and the latest adidas Original Yeezy 500 "Utility Black" drop), expect plenty of chances to buy, sell, and trade with fellow collectors in the Trading Pit. There'll also be a free authentication booth to confirm if your sneakers are legit and even a classic eight-team basketball tournament starring shoetubers, vloggers, and influencers.
Of course, the two-day footwear fest will house vendors from LA, OC, and beyond hawking streetwear to match your new buys, while big-name YouTube collectors like Qias Omar (who revealed that he'll be giving away "big hype" merch), Blazendary, Sneakerlife, Tristan Jass, Austin Mills, Ari Petrou, Jaysee Lopez and Yeezy Busta will be offering special merchandise for the show. Plus, secondhand sneaker shop Round Two's co-founder Sean Wotherspoon will also be in the house.
Into it? Single-day admission is $28.45 and two-day passes are $44.28 (including fees); buy them online here or at the door.
