Grab your iPhones! Refinery29's Insta-ready funhouse is returning to L.A. next month, and this time around it has a new location smack dab between East Hollywood and Koreatown. From Friday, November 8 through Sunday, November 17, the digital media company's 29Rooms is bringing even more activism, style, and technology under one immersive roof.
After last year's success, the "Expand Your Reality" tour making a pit stop in L.A. for ten days. Continuing its tradition of collaboration, the installation will showcase rooms curated by the brand's partnering artists, including Columbian singer-songwriter Kali Uchis, textile artist Uzumaki Cepeda, and the modern-day enchantress Hoodwitch, to name just a few.
Guests will be able to experience the 29 photo-ready, artistically captivating spaces, from whimsical designs similar to last year's teen dream fur bedroom by Cepeda and even the socially-driven "A Long Line of Queendom" room designed by Refinery 29's Unbothered.
Though 29 rooms may sound like a lot to complete, guests will have more than enough time to check out the photogenic playground as timed entry admission will offer two-and-a-half hours to explore the creative world between 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. General admission is $25 for adults or $10 for ages 3 to 10.
