Cool L.A. Essentials Label Entireworld Is Taking Over a Historic DTLA Theater This Month

Shopping and movie screenings, anyone?

Former Band of Outsiders creative director Scott Sternberg took a more "democratic" direction in fashion after leaving the cult-favorite label that he helmed for over a decade. Last year, the CFDA designer launched a new line of essentials, Entireworld, and now he's taking over the iconic Million Dollar Theater for a month-long pop-up of shopping and movie screenings.

Holding court from Saturday, Dec. 7 to Sunday, Dec. 22, the pop-up will offer Entireworld's full range of womenswear and menswear ($28 to $325) as well as gift-ready accessories including Six Stripey Socks boxes ($80), Recycled Cashmere Beanies and Mittens ($55 to $68), Organic Cotton Ts and Undies ($20 to $32 and up), kids' sweaters and sweatpants ($65 and up), and exclusive tote bag.

The brand is also teaming with Street Food Cinema to screen '80s and '90s cult classics. The lineup includes a marathon of Groundhog Day on Saturday, Dec. 7 (10 a.m. to 10 p.m.), Spaceballs on Saturday, Dec. 14 (doors at 7 p.m.; Wexler's Deli will be serving up matzo ball soup), and a double feature screening of Rules of Attraction and Less Than Zero that'll include a Q&A with writer/director Bret Easton Ellis on Saturday, Dec. 21 (starting at 4 p.m.). La Huerta Candy, Olio Wood-Fired Pizza, and Golden Road Brewery will also be offering food and drinks, and moviegoers are also welcome to bring their own grub from Grand Central Market next door.

There's a do-gooder element, too. A portion of proceeds from the screenings and shopping sales will benefit L.A. Mission, and the brand will also donate new socks to those in need for every pair purchased.
