Besides burying our heads beneath the covers with our laptops, here's another way to (safely) escape it all while getting work done. Luxe West Hollywood hotel Petit Ermitage is opening its doors as Petit Office, a quarantine-friendly workspace for Angelenos to work and play while social distancing.
The high-end getaway is offering up its first-floor junior suites as office space from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. for $99 daily or $550 weekly — so while you won't be able to enjoy an overnight snooze (you'll have a book a full stay for that), you can indulge in a mid-conference call nap or get fresh air on the private rooftop and garden. (Of course, the six-foot rule will be enforced.) Other amenities include two complimentary cups of coffee, minibar access, dining discounts, and one free parking spot.
Whether or not you're checking in, the hotel's Grand Petit Bazaar market is also rolling out curbside pick-up and shipping for select items for those looking to upgrade their own at-home staycation. Offerings include a Self-Pleasure date night package ($125 to $195) featuring CBD lube from L.A.-based Foria, a vibrator, a custom scented candle, and other titillating treats; grocery and wellness boxes; a full day of meals ($50) whipped up by executive chef Rhoda Magitbang; and more.
