The worlds of Tiffany & Co. and Petrossian have collided at a new restaurant in Costa Mesa's South Coast Plaza, which is celebrating its 55th year. Offering a five-star, caviar-inspired dining experience, Petrossian at Tiffany replaces Tiffany's Blue Box Cafe and marks the first co-branded restaurant for the luxury brand.

While in residence for the next two years, diners can enjoy a fine wine, champagne, and cocktail program exclusive to Tiffany created by Petrossian's executive chef Carlos Cabrera. Highlights include the Tiffany caviar tasting ($75), featuring selections of Shassetra, Ossetra, and Kaluga caviar paired with a Tiffany caviartini ($36), a signature cocktail made with Belvedere vodka, caviar, and crème fraîche olive. Other items on the French-inspired contemporary menu include hand slice smoked salmon, kusshi oysters, and beef tartare.

Tiffany & Co. was founded in New York City in 1837 by Charles Lewis Tiffany. Fast forward to 2022 and the jeweler has more than 300 retail stores worldwide.

Petrossian was founded in Paris in 1920 by brothers Melkoum and Mouchegh Petrossian, who distributed caviar from the sturgeons of the Caspian Sea. In 2001, the duo opened a restaurant and boutique in West Hollywood, and in 2006, a boutique and café in New York on 7th Avenue. Today it remains family-owned.
