Body by Raven Tracy Grand Opening (Melrose): Body by Raven Tracy celebrated the grand opening of its flagship store on Melrose Avenue with two exciting events. The VIP/Press night treated guests to an exclusive preview, music, and surprise gifts from Buxom, Ilia, and Blk Water. The following day, the all-pink storefront opened to the public with a special performance by rapper JT and activities like tooth gems and custom juice bar flavors, creating an empowering atmosphere celebrating body positivity and self-love. DragCon L.A. 2024 (DTLA): RuPaul is bringing the largest celebration of drag culture in the world, to L.A. Presented by World of Wonder Productions, DragCon will include signings and meet & greets with your favorite Queens, photo opps with RuPaul, fierce mainstage performances throughout the weekend, exclusive programming, a Friday DJ set with RuPaul, wig-snatching merch, immersive activations from RuPaul's Drag Race and WOW Presents Plus shows, and more. Laguna Art Museum Free Neighborhood Nights (Laguna Beach): Enjoy a night at the Laguna Art Museum with a raffle, guided tours, local food and drinks, plus activities for the entire family. This week the event will be tailored to The Village and will feature neighborhood favorites and art.

2ND & PCH Movies & Moonlight Barbie Screening (Long Beach): Join 2ND&PCH for a magical evening of family-friendly movies under the star! This free event starts at 6 pm, with the film starting as soon as it gets dark. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets for a cozy night of cinema by the marina. It's a great way to relax with friends and family, enjoy fresh air, and watch your favorite films in a beautiful outdoor setting. This week they will be screening "Barbie". RSVP here.

Tiki Rooftop Party at The Top of The Aster (Hollywood): In partnership with The Alchemists, Hollywood's The Top of The Aster will be hosting a Tiki Rooftop Party. An unforgettable experience under the stars, guests will enjoy a selection of tiki-inspired specialty cocktails, as well as a special menu of luau-inspired dishes by Chef Marcel Vigneron and Weiser Family Farms set against lively tunes from DJ Sonrista. Saturday, July 20

Ancestral Connections: Yanculia/Restoration (Pacific Palisades): High school students from across L.A. present original stories that integrate text, movement, video, and music. This is the culminating event of the Youth Theater Summer Intensive, a five-week program focused on theater arts, Greek and Mesoamerican mythologies, and themes from the exhibition Picture Worlds: Greek, Maya and Moche Pottery. The summer theater program is a partnership between the Getty Museum, About Productions, and Plaza de la Raza.

Cinespia Empire Records Screening (Hollywood): Cinespia, LA's favorite cinematic experience presented by Amazon MGM Studios, is returning for its 23rd season. This weekend they will be screening the fan favorite flick "Empire Records." General Admission is $26; purchase them here.

Hololive production x Tsujita Special Curated Menu (Arts District): VTuber Management group hololive production, collaborating with LA artisan noodle chain, Tsujita for a special curated menu that is inspired by hololive's English Myth VTubers.
