Open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, Azazie, or any affiliated companies are ineligible.
Residents of jurisdictions where sweep‑stakes or prize promotions are prohibited by law are excluded. - Entry Period
The entry period begins Thursday, December 11, at 11:45 a.m. PST and ends Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the deadline will be disqualified. - How to Enter
To receive one (1) entry, participants must complete all of the following actions during the Entry Period:

Bonus entry: One additional entry is granted for each time the participant shares the sponsor's Instagram post to their Instagram Story and tags @uncoverlosangeles (the story must be public or viewable by the Sponsor).
Duplicate or fraudulent entries (e.g., using bots, fake accounts) will be voided at the Sponsor's discretion.
Participants may submit only one standard entry plus any eligible bonus entries; there is no limit to the number of bonus entries.

The prize is non‑transferable, non‑cashable, and may not be exchanged for other goods or services.
- Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using a computer‑generated drawing held no later than December 12, 2025.
The Sponsor will notify the winner via direct message (DM) on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw.
The winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture and an alternate winner will be drawn. - Publicity
By entering, participants grant the Sponsor the right to use their Instagram handle, name, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. - General Conditions
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or applicable law.
The Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate the sweep‑stakes at any time for any reason, provided that such action does not affect the integrity of the drawing.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and may be used for marketing, analytics, or other legitimate business purposes. - Limitation of Liability
Except where prohibited by law, the Sponsor, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in or receipt of the prize, including but not limited to technical failures, human error, or unauthorized third‑party interference. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. - Privacy
Personal information collected for the purpose of administering the sweep‑stakes (e.g., Instagram handles, contact details) will be used solely for prize fulfillment and will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy ([link to privacy policy]). - Release of Instagram Platform
