Summer's just a few months away — by plane, that is. Angelenos tempted by a fashionable getaway to the Southern Hemisphere may want to stick around town at least until next week, when Away's sleek tech-friendly luggage is coming to Downtown's pop-up happy new lifestyle center Row.
Founded by two former Warby Parker execs, the stylish suitcase startup is holding court from November 1st through the end of the year. Jet-setters can shop Away's complete collection of thoughtfully-designed rolling suitcases ($225 to $295), including the regular and Bigger Carry-Ons featuring built-in USB chargers. In addition, the pop-up will stock a selection of travel essentials, like cashmere clothing and accessories from White + Warren, fragrances from Travel by Land, luxe leather goods by Koio Collective, and more.
