Los Angeles jetsetters are losing a stylish source for clever travel accessories. Per West 3rd Street's Facebook page, Flight 001 is shuttering its LA boutique on the fashionable shopping stretch.
Known for their colorful Spacepaks, sleek travel bags, and more TSA-approved essentials, the retro-modern brand first landed on West 3rd Street in 2003 and relocated down the street in 2010. Flight 001's LA crew tells us that the retailer is expected to close by December 30th or whenever merch runs out; stock is currently marked down to 60% off. (If you're out of town and can't make it into the store before the doors close, the brand's got a pretty sweet 40% off sale online with purchases of $25 or more.)
