On Downtown's buzzing Broadway, it's (sadly) out with Oak and in with InCase. The tech accessories company is taking over the space formerly occupied by the edgy New York-based label, reports California Apparel News.
Located on the ground floor of The Sparkle Factory (which is owned by jewelry designer Tarina Tarantino) and across from the Ace Hotel, the shop will also house InCase's new creative offices, according to the fashion trade pub. Expect it to carry its line of Apple-fitted products, like iPhone cases, MacBook-friendly carryalls, and more.
The store joins a roster of cool retail residents that have landed at 9th and Broadway's shopping scene over the past four years, including Acne Studios, A.P.C., Heidi Merrick, BNKR, Urban Outfitters, and LA-based tech gear label Hex's flagship.
InCase's first standalone LA store is slated to open later this year; we've reached out to the brand for more details and will share any updates.
