Given that everyone loves an "experience" these days, Prada is giving luxury-loving accoutrements aficionados their own (albeit temporary) retail therapy haven in a selfie-ready setting. Starting this Thursday, February 8, the Italian fashion house is bringing a café-inspired pop-up shop to South Coast Plaza that'll serve up its luxe accessories.
Dubbed Prada Spirit, the approximately 280-square-foot photogenic space will be dressed up as a traditional Italian bar: Complete with an "imposing central counter" where tall stools will offer shoppers a spot to sit, relax, gaze upon, and (of course) shop the luxury label's exclusive collection of leather accessories. As seen in the rendering above, a chandelier-covered wall will serve as a swanky backdrop for showcasing Prada's Diagramme and Cahier crossbody and shoulder bags alongside charming saffiano leather pup keychains (it is the year of the dog, after all), and more.
The pop-up will be open through Monday, February 26.
