Westsiders can now sip on LA's most stylish tea drinks without venturing east of the 405. Fast-expanding caffeine spot Alfred Tea Room has opened in Brentwood, where its second LA location is now serving up its Insta-famous boba milk teas and more on San Vicente Boulevard.

Open as of yesterday and located just steps away from Alfred Coffee, the 600-square-foot space mirrors the O.G. Melrose Place outpost's fashionable interiors: Think millennial pink walls and ginkgo leaf-patterned floor tiles alongside wood accents and brass fixtures. (Of course, there's that signature neon sign, too.)

As far as the menu, expect milk and regular teas, matcha drinks, golden chai, nitro chai, cold brew, kombucha, CBD-infused sips, that famous pink drink, and more alongside pastries, healthy bites, and for the first time, frozen yogurt.

Alfred Tea Room is open from 8am to 7pm daily.
