One of Europe's Most 'Grammable Beauty Bars Opens Its First West Coast Studio on Robertson

Back in October, we revealed that Ukrainian-born beauty chain G.Bar was opening its first U.S. outpost on Robertson Boulevard. Well, today's the day: One of Europe's most 'grammable exports has officially made its way over to the West Coast, bringing an affordable one-stop self-care shop to the stylish stretch.

Decked out in powder-puff pink, blue, and purple hues, the 1,200-square-foot salon offers a full menu of head-to-toe beauty services. Besides being incredibly photogenic, the full-service studio is focused on efficiency and convenience: Clients can indulge in more than one service at the same time (all while sipping bubbly), and soon, G.Bar will launch its own app for booking appointments. Pint-sized beauty buffs are welcome, too, thanks to a fully-stocked play corner and a kid-friendly beauty menu, which includes manis ($17), makeup ($30), cuts ($15 to $30), and hair styling ($40 to $110).

As far as grown-up pricing and offerings, manicures range from $25 to $45 and pedicures are $40, gels are $25, art is $2 to $4 per nail, and add-ons are $10 to $40 and range from hand massages, paraffin treatments, callus treatments, exfoliating scrubs, and IBX, to name just a few.

Makeup includes cocktail, wedding, and art looks ($65 to $250); brow services include shaping and tinting ($25 to $60) and lamination ($120 to $135); and eyelash services include false lash application ($20), tinting ($50), half and full lash extensions ($150 to $190), refills ($90), and Yumi keratin lash treatments ($150).

For the hair on your head, cut and color services include women's and men's haircuts ($100 to $150 and $70 to $100), single-process color ($130 to $230), partial to full highlights ($80 to $290), and balayage ($350 to $530). Hairstyling is $65 to $280 and includes braiding, updos, wedding looks, and more (note that one hour is allotted for each; an additional hour is $100).

There's also a beauty boutique that stocks Davines haircare, cosmetics, and G.Bar's own line of reusable coffee cups and day planners.

The chic beauty studio chain was founded in 2015 by entrepreneurs Sabina Musina and Lera Borodina. G.Bar boasts over 30 locations around the globe, including in its native Ukraine as well as Poland, Moscow, Kiev, and many other international destinations. Its first Stateside location arrived in 2018 in Miami.
