Beauty Concierge Service Regi Shutters in L.A., NYC, and Dallas

The Allergan-owned booking platform launched two years ago.

A little over a year after arriving in Los Angeles, beauty concierge service Regi has shuttered. In a June 25 email blast and website announcement, parent company Allergan (which owns Botox, Juvederm, and Latisse, and other medical and aesthetics products) announced that "it is with a mixture of sadness and gratitude that we announce we have decided to discontinue Regi."

The online service allowed users to book injectables, hair and nail services, makeup application, massages, and other beauty and wellness treatments at local aesthetics studios, spas, and salons, including Alchemy 43, Base Coat Salon, Blushington, Striiike, Violet Grey, and many, many others. It also operated in New York and Dallas, and partnered with over 370 beauty and healthcare service providers.

Per the announcement email, customers with account balances or unused Regi gift cards would receive refunds.
