Cocktail Pop-Up: The Spirit Guild at Terra (Century City): Since the summer, Terra, Eataly LA's rooftop restaurant, has partnered with Los Angeles' best bartenders and distilleries to create weekly unique cocktails. For the month of October, the eatery is teaming with The Spirit Guild, a farm-to-glass craft distillery located in the heart of the Arts District, to make four signature cocktails every Thursday night. Visitors can also drink for a good cause as a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Restaurants Care, which provides financial relief to restaurant workers all across California. Flamingo Estate Pop-Up (Culver City): You can now bring the magic of Richard Christiansen's Flamingo Estate home with its new lifestyle line. From candles and tinctures to body wash and hair care products, each item was sourced from products from the Estate's grounds and botanical garden. Starting on Saturday, Oct. 10, guests can shop Flamingo Estate's collection at Culver City's Platform until Thursday, Dec. 31.

Soho Dance L.A. Outdoor Salsa Class (Santa Monica): Pick up a new hobby and get to dancing! Santa Monica's Soho Dance LA is offering Salsa classes at the Pier every Thursday night, Learn moves from the 10x Latin Hustle World Champion instructor, Raul Santiago, and the Soho Dance team. L.A. Zoo Drive-In Movies: Dr. DooLittle (Los Angeles): Lions, tigers, and movies, oh my! For the first time ever, the L.A. Zoo is opening at night for a new drive-in movie series. The event will feature fun themes, including Animal Adventures, Halloween, and Betty White. Kicking off with a screening of Eddie Murphy's Dr. Dolittle on Oct. 16, the drive-in will also have tasty food, trivia challenges, and more. Food Bowl: Takeout and Give Back Cook-A-Thon (online) Grab your utensils and get ready to chow down on this! The LA Times Food staff and guests Ludo Lefebvre and Evan Kleiman are hosting the Food Bowl's online Cook-A-Thon benefitting World Central Kitchen on Saturday, Oct. 17. Featuring 30 chefs and special guests from Los Angeles and around the world, attendees can get recipe tips, advice from international food professionals and more.
