If your wardrobe is in need of summer-ready basics and other locally-made essentials, allow us to add Los Angeles Apparel's Factory Flea Market to your radar. The South L.A.-based label (yes, the one helmed by American Apparel founder Dov Charney) is hosting its first-ever blowout Saturday, June 19 and Sunday, June 20 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.

We're told there'll be over 25,000 pieces available, including tees, bottoms, dresses, jumpsuits, sweaters, jackets, swimwear, accessories, and much more. Expect "one-of-a-kind samples, remnants of special projects, and slightly imperfect garments" starting at just $5. There'll also be music, food, drinks, and local vendors — so if it's anything like its predecessor's late-aughts parking lot blowouts, expect it to be equally epic (but maybe sans the Cobrasnake-y vibe).

Cash, CashApp, credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo payments will be accepted, and the brand suggests downloading the latter two apps for quicker checkout as there'll only be one cash pay station. There'll be a limited amount of parking on 59th Street, and masks and temperature checks will be required to enter.

Backpacks and strollers are not allowed, so we suggest leaving them in the car. Oh, and don't forget your ID — shoppers who are 21 and up will get a stamp of approval to purchase alcoholic drinks.
