Misa Los Angeles' First-Ever Store Is Just as Pretty as You'd Expect

Just in time for us last-minute holiday shoppers, womenswear fashion brand Misa Los Angeles has officially opened its first physical store at Palisades Village, the go-to shopping center in the coastal, celeb-studded community of Pacific Palisades.

Paying homage to its California roots and bohemian spirit, Misa's minimalist space comes alive through organic modern interior, décor, and escape-ready dresses that have us dreaming of a warm winter getaway.

"As an L.A.-made brand that's deeply inspired by the Southern California lifestyle, it only seemed fitting to bring Misa's first store to life at the Palisades Village. Our family has grown up in this amazing community and we couldn't imagine any other place to launch our retail experience," said Misa CEO Michael Farhat.  

Misa was founded in 2016 by the late Shadi Askari-Farhat whose love for travel, art, and design defines the label's flowy silhouettes that blend bohemian wanderlust with modern romanticism and feature vibrant, unique detailing. Misa is a combination of her daughters' names.  

Askari-Farhat's wanderlust eye continues to guide Misa. From timeless dresses and chic separates to statement knitwear, the brand's offerings empower women of all ages and backgrounds to go from day to night looking like they just stepped off a resort runway. Another reason to shop Misa: all of its pieces are handcrafted in L.A. by a team of local designers, pattern-makers, and sewists.
