Design West Hollywood (WeHo): Celebrate the intersection of design and philanthropy at the inaugural Design West Hollywood, a three-day event presented by Aspire Design and Home Magazine, the West Hollywood Design District (WHDD), and the nonprofit organization LA CAN DO (Los Angeles Creatives Aid in Natural Disasters Organization). Taking place from March 4–6, 2025, this event honors WHDD's 75th anniversary while supporting families affected by California wildfires.Attendees can explore exclusive showroom experiences, keynote talks, and networking events, all while contributing to LA CAN DO's mission to provide essential furnishings to those in need. Gastro Garage (DTLA): Get ready for a fiery dining experience like no other! Gastro Garage brings gourmet cooking to the next level with an eight-course meal featuring Wagyu Gastro Burgers, torched pizza, maple-glazed carrot pops, and their signature Princess Buttercups made with Reese's Peanut Buttercups. Armed with blowtorches and welding masks, the GastroMechanics craft an unforgettable experience, complete with live rock music, a DJ, and a welcome shot plus a signature cocktail for each guest (21+). International Women's Day Dance Festival (Frogtown): Celebrate women's empowerment through dance at the 9th Annual International Women's Day Dance Festival, hosted by MashUp Contemporary Dance Company. This year's theme, "Accelerate Action," focuses on advancing gender equity and fostering meaningful dialogue among artists, advocates, and the community. Festival highlights include a Dance Industry Summit with mentorship sessions and an expo, seven dance classes led by renowned choreographers, showcases featuring female-identifying and non-binary choreographers, a community movement workshop, and a film screening event honoring women in dance film.
