Dine L.A. Restaurant Week (Multiple Locations): Celebrate the flavors of Los Angeles during Dine L.A. Restaurant Week, a biannual culinary event that highlights the city's diverse dining scene. From Friday, Jan. 23 through Friday, Feb. 6, hundreds of local restaurants will offer special lunch and dinner menus—perfect for trying a new dish or savoring a longtime favorite. Menus range from $15 to $65 and above for both lunch and dinner, and the event is dine-in only this winter. No tickets are required; simply visit a participating restaurant and ask for the Dine L.A. Restaurant Week menu. Advance reservations are strongly recommended to secure your spot at the city's most exciting tables.

JFOODO Presents Japanese Shochu Month (Multiple Locations) From Monday, Jan. 19 through Wednesday, Feb. 11, Los Angeles will get a distinctly Japanese twist with Japanese Shochu Month, hosted by seven of the city's top bars—Baby Gee, Death & Co LA, No Smoking Bar, Redbird, The Wolves, Thunderbolt, and Tokyo Noir. Each bar will feature a Signature Shochu Highball and an Original Shochu Cocktail, highlighting Shochu's clarity, aroma, and versatility. Adding to the excitement, the "Japanese Shochu Guest Shift" pop-up series brings bartenders from these bars into other top LA venues for a one-night-only collaboration: The Wolves at Bar Next Door on Monday, Jan. 19, Thunderbolt at Firstborn on Tuesday, Jan. 20, Redbird at Spring St Bar on Thursday, Jan. 22, Tokyo Noir at Florentín Rooftop Bar on Tuesday, Jan. 27, Death & Co LA at Night on Earth on Monday, Feb. 9, No Smoking Bar at Lowboy on Tuesday, Feb. 10, and Baby Gee at Old Man Bar on Wednesday, Feb. 11. Love, Redacted: A Participatory Valentine Art Experience (Los Feliz): Vintage Printage and the Art Is My Drug Foundation debut Love, Redacted, a hands-on Valentine's art experience at the Los Feliz Flea that invites visitors to create one-of-a-kind love notes through blackout poetry, erasing words from printed pages to reveal a new message beneath. Inspired by redacted documents and modern information culture, the free experience reframes erasure as authorship, resulting in part poem, part protest, part love letter, with all supplies provided and finished pieces taken home by participants.
