Starting this month, luxury accessories rental platform Vivrelle is treating members to free signature facials at SkinSpirit's medispas in California, Florida, New York, and Texas. Regularly $159, the 60-minute, physician-designed treatment includes microdermabrasion with steam, a face mask, and extractions. (Extras include LED facials, peels and hair removal for an add-on fee.)
Vivrelle's memberships range from $139 to $339 per month, depending on the tier, and include access to bags and jewelry from Chanel, Cartier, Goyard, Van Cleef & Arpels, Hermes, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Miu Miu, Fendi, and more. The platform allows members to borrow one to two items at a time with the option to buy pieces at exclusive pricing, and new members get 30% off their first month. (Morgan Stewart McGraw is a fan of NYC-based Vivrelle, which is also popping up in SoHo during New York Fashion Week.)
SkinSpirit is best known for its convenient cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, including Botox; dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, and Sculptra Aesthetic; and other injectables. The med spa also offers laser resurfacing, IPL and BBL photofacials, PDO thread lifts, Morpheus8 (which combines microneedling and radiofrequency to boost collagen and elastin production), Cooltone and CoolSculpting body treatments, and more.
The skin care haven's Southern California locations include Beverly Hills, Nordstrom Topanga in Canoga Park, Pasadena, Long Beach, Del Mar, La Jolla, Newport Beach, and Manhattan Beach. Only first-time facial clients are eligible to book the Vivrelle x SkinSpirit complimentary service, which must be booked by Nov. 30, 2026, for treatment by Jan. 31, 2027.
