James Beard Foundation's Taste America (Koreatown): The James Beard Foundation's Taste America returns to Los Angeles with a walk-around tasting on October 6 at The LINE LA. Hosted by TasteTwenty chefs Anna Sonenshein and Niki Vahle of Little Fish, the evening features more than 10 of LA's most exciting independent restaurants serving signature bites and drinks. World Sake Day Omakase (Malibu): Celebrate World Sake Day with a special seven-course omakase at Nobu L.A.featuring chef-selected sushi, Glacier 51 Sea Bass and Wagyu Steak, paired with Hokusetsu sake. Guests can choose from Signature, Premium or Reserve sake pairings throughout the experience.

Design WeHo (WeHo): Design WeHo returns for its second edition with three days of panels, book previews, cocktail parties and gatherings exploring this year's "Magical Thinking" theme. Programming will bring together voices across interiors, architecture, hospitality, art, fashion and culture, with highlights including conversations with designers Jeff Andrews, Amy Meier and James Magni, a panel on L.A.'s enduring creative influence, a tasting experience with Ornare and the opening and closing design parties.

Kettama 3 Nights in L.A. (DTLA): Goldenvoice and Framework bring Irish DJ and producer Kettama to Shrine Expo Hall for a three-night run, with Loods and Willo joining the lineup. The newly added third show gives fans another chance to catch Kettama's high-energy electronic set in South L.A.

She & Him: Pump Up The Volumes Tour (DTLA): Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward bring She & Him to the Orpheum Theatre for two nights, performing their signature mix of folk, retro-pop and original songs as part of their Pump Up The Volumes Tour.

Veuve Clicquot's Club Solaire Venice Beach (Venice): Veuve Clicquot is bringing its first-ever Club Solaire to the Venice Beach Boardwalk for a three-day celebration of food, music, art and community. The weekend will feature intimate ticketed experiences with chefs and creatives including Jordan Kahn, Jessica Yang, Heather Tierney and Ashley Moubayed, alongside public programming such as a Champagne bar benefiting Regarding Her, a Folderol ice cream pop-up, a Veuve Clicquot concept store and signature yellow bike rentals. The experience will also support women entrepreneurs in hospitality and restoration efforts at the Venice Beach Pier.

The Mountain Digby (Hollywood): A darkly comic musical about two brothers determined to save their family mountain by digging up the dead and feeding them to their worms. After a decade of development and sold-out workshops, The Mountain Digby makes its L.A. premiere with a cast and creative team of more than 25 independent artists.

Sephora x Jung Saem Mool Mobile Pop-Up (Beverly Grove): Jung Saem Mool Beauty is celebrating its U.S. Sephora debut with a two-day mobile pop-up at The Grove. Stop by for hands-on product discovery featuring the brand's Korean makeup artistry and Glass Skin philosophy, plus interactive photo moments and exclusive giveaways.

TikTok LIVE: Museum Comes Alive at LACMA (Wilshire): TikTok LIVE brings its Museum Comes Alive series to LACMA for a creator-led exploration of art and culture. L.A. creators Drew Tillman and Lizz Vega will take audiences through the David Geffen Galleries, with Tillman leading a curator-guided look at LACMA's Egyptian collection before Vega performs a live harp set inspired by the museum's art and atmosphere. The experience will stream live for audiences to tune in from anywhere.

Show and Tell: Yoko Ono Archive (Brentwood): Explore Yoko Ono's experimental practice through a special guided viewing of rare works and materials from the Getty Research Institute's collections, including her influential artist book Grapefruit. Curator Sarah Loyer will discuss Ono's impact on performance, participation, conceptual art and feminism, followed by drop-in art-making stations inspired by her artist books.

"Hocus Pocus" Screening at Rooftop Cinema Club (DTLA): Kick off spooky season with a Wine Wednesday screening of the 1993 Halloween classic "Hocus Pocus" under the stars. Each ticket includes a complimentary glass of house wine, making for an easy midweek movie night with friends or a date.

SPECS Pop-Up Opening (Century City): SPECS is opening its first-ever pop-up experience at Westfield Century City, giving visitors the chance to try the eyewear brand firsthand, explore interactive Lens experiences and pre-order their own pair onsite. The free experience will be open to the public through January 15, with a kickoff and grand opening event on opening day.

Adrianna Adarme: A Cozy Kitchen Cookbook (DTLA): Recipe creator Adrianna Adarme of A Cozy Kitchen brings her new cookbook to Now Serving for an intimate conversation with Alex Hill. The event celebrates A Cozy Kitchen Cookbook, which draws from Adarme's Colombian and Peruvian roots alongside the comfort-food recipes her audience knows and loves, including lomo saltado and Almond Croissant French Toast Bake.

Tito's Fiesta Mexicana (Culver City): Tito's Fiesta Mexicana returns for its ninth year with five hours of live mariachi, folklórico performances, cumbia and Mexican cultural entertainment, plus tacos, cocktails and more. The annual celebration features performances by GRAMMY-nominated Mariachi Sol de México de José Hernández and all-female Mariachi Reyna de Los Ángeles, along with Folklórico Revolución, El Conjunto Nueva Ola and more. Best of all, 100% of gross proceeds benefit the Culver City Arts Foundation, with the event having raised more than $140,000 for local arts and artists since its launch.
