Chic French Label Sézane Returns to Brentwood with Its First Permanent L.A. Boutique

Sézane is back in Brentwood.

After three years as a pop-up at the Brentwood Country Mart, the French fashion label has officially moved into the Westside shopping haunt, paring down its space into a "jewel box"-inspired boutique that offers a highly curated edit of bestsellers alongside its first-ever ready-to-wear and accessories collection. Open as of mid-August, Sézane's first permanent L.A. shop also stocks an exclusive Paris <3 L.A. collection of stylish staples inspired by the City of Angels and the City of Lights.

The space is decked out with striped upholstery, antique mirrors and glossy bordeaux finishes that nod to Sézane's Parisian roots and express the brand's reimagined identity. In a statement, founder and ceo Morgane Sézalory explains, "We have kept everything we love about Sézane, revisiting and reinventing some of our essentials while making space for new ideas, silhouettes and fabrics to emerge. Our year will continue to unfold through four major collections, each brought to life through monthly and weekly drops that reveal a different facet of Sézane.

Together with a new visual identity and the reimagining of several of our spaces, this chapter marks a natural evolution of everything I have always wanted to share through Sézane. At its heart remains the same commitment that has guided me for twenty years: to keep improving everything that can be improved, and to continue creating pieces inspired by my love of vintage and of all things made to stand the test of time with the same heartfelt desire to accompany women through every moment of their lives."

Sézalory founded her brand in 2013 after the success of her online vintage shop, and Sézane has become known for its playful, Parisian-chic style. The label has recently been spotted on Kate Middleton, Jessica Alba, Anna Kendrick and Greta Gerwig, to name just a few. Before settling into the iconic Brentwood shopping and dining hub, Sézane previously popped up several times at The Grove.
