Nearly two years since L'Eclaireur announced its plans to debut in the U.S. by way of an LA flagship, the avant-garde fashion retailer is finally inching closer to opening. The LA Times reports that the Parisian boutique chain officially arrives on Robertson Boulevard on Friday, September 9th.
Located just south of Melrose Avenue, the legendary shop is housed in a three-story building previously occupied by celebrity florist David Jones. On its website, L'Eclaireur calls its "newest venue" a space that'll "host art galleries and artists for temporary exclusive exhibitions" alongside limited-edition fashion. The 6,460-square-foot boutique won't just be a high-end retail therapy haven; it will also play host to dinners and other private events on its top-floor space.
As the Times notes, exhibited international and esteemed designers and artists will include Fornasetti, Ado Chale, Ben Storms, Pia Manu, and Zaha Hadid, to name a few. Stay tuned for more!
