New York's Favorite Skincare Bar Is Now Serving Up Personalized Facials in LA

New Yorkers and Angelenos might blame temperature (eew, too much snow or sun) and traffic (ugh, Uber or the 405!) as the sources of all their problems — and now, busy beauty buffs on both coasts have yet another thing in common: No-fuss facial bar Heyday. The NYC favorite has officially arrived in LA to pamper our faces in a chic, stress-free environment on Beverly Boulevard.

It's the first West Coast outpost for the stylish skincare studio (which counts five doors in New York), which took over the prime 2,800-square-foot corner spot formerly occupied by fellow NYC brand OAK. Heyday transformed the previously edgy-minimalist space into an 11-room California bohemian-modern mecca (complete with indoor greenery and a shaded outdoor patio) where a team of skin therapists will assess your visage before recommending a custom facial to address your long-term concerns.

Every pampering sesh involves cleansing, exfoliation, a mask, hydration, and SPF protection, and clients can choose from three levels of treatment depending on their needs.  There's a 30-minute "gentle TCL" option ($65) that'll refresh and hydrate your face, the best-selling 50-minute comprehensive facial ($95) that includes deep cleansing and extractions, and a 75-minute "deeper" treatment ($140) that includes extra extractions and personalized add-ons.

Even better? Every product that's used on your face — whether it's Herbivore Botanical's Blue Tansy Resurfacing Mask or One Love Organics' Vitamin B Cleansing Oil or Image Skincare's Ageless Total Retinol-A Creme — is made with clean, effective ingredients. (Oh, and you can shop everything your skincare pro used at Heyday's boutique, too.) Facials can also be enhanced with microdermabrasion, chemical peels, LED light therapy, and beard therapy. For frequent visitors, the studio also offers monthly memberships from $74 to $126 per month.
