The style set's favorite champs-fueled equestrian party is returning to the Pacific Palisades this fall. The Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic takes over Will Rogers State Historic Park Saturday, October 6, promising a full afternoon of bubbly, pitchside picnicking, and more.
Now in its ninth year, the 21+ festivities run from 11am to 5pm, with the polo match kicking off at 2pm. Fashionable spectators can expect to watch renowned Argentinian polo player-turned-model Nacho Figueras and other pros get their game on while enjoying grub from LA's favorite food trucks, lawn games, selfie-ready set-ups, and of course, champagne bars fully stocked with bottles of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label, Rosé, Rich, and Rich Rosé.
As far as tickets, you've got three ways to party on the greens: General admission is $80, Fast Pass entry is $140 and includes line privileges, and Rose Garden access is $450 and includes prime views in a stylish garden atmosphere (along with a gourmet lunch by Wolfgang Puck and a bottle of rosé). Note that there's no on-site parking on the polo field's grounds, but there'll be plenty of shuttles located in a designated area in the Palisades to take guests to and from the event. (Parking costs are not included in the price for general and Fast Pass tickets.)
It's worth noting that there are things you can and can't bring: While food, hats, picnic blankets, sunscreen, and factory-sealed water bottles and non-alcoholic drinks (as long as they're not in glass containers) are allowed, you'll need to leave items like backpacks, oversized beach umbrellas, pets, drones, bikes/other personal transportation, pro photography, and weapons (duh) at home.
