Following its latest Pasadena opening, Warby Parker is continuing its Southern California expansion in the South Bay, where its eighth L.A.-area store officially opens at El Segundo's The Point today.
Frame fanatics can browse a selection of fresh shapes and colorful specs for men, women, and kids starting at $95 per pair, including the latest looks from Warby Parker's Inlay Edition collection and styles from the optical startup's popular Amanda de Cadenet collab (the brand is bringing back two retro frames inspired by her twins, Silvan and Ella). Also on offer is an exclusive style of the Downing round-framed sunnies in Jet Black with Mauve Gradient lenses.
Similar to its other shops in L.A. (including at Abbot Kinney, Westfield Century City, Americana at Brand, and Melrose Avenue), Warby Parker's "Reference Desk" is fully available for assistance, and thanks to technology customers can try on a pair of glasses virtually through the brand's free iOS app, which also offers the Prescription Check ($40) service and healthcare benefits for those who are eligible.
Adding to its California feel, the one-for-one brand tapped typography-obsessed artist Jeff Canham to design the new shop with eye-catching artwork and typographic flair. Expect to see a lot of Warby blue and beachy views!
Seeking a new pair of stylish specs? The store is celebrating its grand opening Saturday, March 30—stop by and shop while enjoying healthy sips from Pressed Juicery and take-away art pieces from Canham.
