Remember Inkerman, the English-inspired, NYC-based shoe brand that popped up in a Venice alleyway with a couple of friends? As promised, the affordable luxury label is setting up semi-permanent shop on Abbot Kinney, marking its first standalone outpost on the West Coast.

Dubbed the Inkerman Shoe Garden, the shop will hold court through the summer, but there's potential for the brand to extend its stay, too. The 300-square-foot outdoor boutique stocks the direct-to-consumer company's full range of under-$200 women's and men's footwear, which is handmade by one of the most experienced shoe-making families in León, Mexico. As founder Thomas Downing recently told Forbes, the brand teamed with an Italian last maker who previously worked for Gucci to help develop their steppers, which are made with super comfy natural rubber soles and luxe leather.

As far as merch, expect to find men's bestsellers like the Max and Charlie sneakers, the Osborne penny loafer, the George chukka boot, and the Noah Chelsea boot, among others. Women's offerings include espadrilles ($78) as well as sizing in all of the men's styles; the shop also stocks travel accessories, like canvas laptop bags, totes, and duffel bags as well as luxe leather dopp kits in utilitarian-cool hues (read: navy and army green, to name a few).

That's not all: The shop also offers custom sneakers ($400) featuring hand-painted designs by New Zealand-bred, L.A.-based artist Clinton Bopp (his colorful coastal mural graces Inkerman's front gate).

Take a peek inside the tiny (but very hangout-ready) shop and scroll through the gallery above, then see below for the full address and store hours.

Inkerman, 1639 Abbot Kinney, Venice, 90291; Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
