Cult-Cool Danish Fashion Label Ganni Is Opening Its First L.A. Store Soon

The influencer-beloved brand is headed to Melrose Avenue.

Fresh off scoring a slew of streetwear names, Melrose Avenue will soon be home to a cult-favorite Scandinavian label. As first reported by Fashionista, Copenhagen-based Ganni will soon open first L.A. boutique on the stylish stretch, right next door to Palace. The West Coast store coincides with the label's forthcoming New York boutique, marking Ganni's first U.S. outposts.

Known for its Scandi 2.0 aesthetic (translation: daring print combos and artful silhouettes), the Danish brand was founded in 2000 by an art gallerist and has been owned and operated by wife-and-husband team Ditte and Nicolaj Reffstrup since 2009. In addition to its heavy influencer following, the brand's starry #gannigirls include Gigi Hadid (who recently wore its tie-dye vest to Coachella) and Emily Ratajkowski (who wore the leopard print top to the desert fest).

The label recently added bags and swimwear to its offerings and opened a flagship in Stockholm earlier this year. We've reached out for more deets on its L.A. arrival; stay tuned for more and see the shop's full address and location below.
