Astr the Label pops up at The Grove (Beverly Grove): Shop the cult-favorite L.A. label IRL when the direct-to-consumer brand pops up at The Grove for the month of September. Pick up the affordable brand's fall collection, which is comprised of dreamy floral dresses, sexy silhouettes, delicate tops, and more ($49 to $188).

Weedmaps' Museum of Weed (Hollywood): Get to know your mary jane at Weedmaps' Museum of Weed in partnership with Vice Media's creative agency, Virtue. The 30,000-square-foot exhibit will highlight the history of cannabis and social justice issues through seven informative rooms: Visitors over 18 can learn about the pre-Prohibition uses of hemp, the Reagan-era laws that led to the mass incarceration of minorities for marijuana offenses, how pop culture helped normalize (and legalize) the plant, and much more; plus, an interactive Plant Lab will explain the difference between cannabinoids and terpenes and more. Wrangler's retrospective pop-up at Fred Segal (West Hollywood): For six weeks, iconic denim brand Wrangler is taking over Fred Segal's pop-in space for a six-week experiential shop that showcases the brand's fashion legacy throughout the decades. Shoppers can score exclusive handmade-in-America pieces inspired by different stylish eras, such as the "Bluebell 1919" capsule of patch-covered jumpsuits, jackets, and tees; tie-dye tees and hoodies, studded leather jackets, and more from the '60s-inspired "War & Peace" collection; groovy button-downs and jeans from the "Psychedelic" '70s range; and and frayed denim cutoff shorts, muscle tees, and jumpsuits from the '80s-approved "Racing" line. Plus, the Greensboro, N.C.-based company's Indian Bobber Scout mascot will also be in the house for selfies.

Fred Segal x Credo Beauty Pool Party (West Hollywood): Say sayonara to summer with Credo Beauty and Fred Segal at the AKA West Hollywood hotel's rooftop pool. Enjoy drinks by Joia, Bev, and Oki; makeup touch-ups and popsicles by Tower 28; and even a butt mask station with Bawdy Beauty founder Sylvia Weisenberg. Gelato Festival (West Hollywood): Treat your sweet tooth at the inaugural Gelato Festival, which is taking over the Pacific Design Center's plaza with the world's largest mobile frozen dessert laboratory, all-you-can-eat gelato tastings from some of L.A.'s best restaurants, gelato flavor competitions, eating contests, games, and more. Expect to enjoy flavors like Mexican chocolate, strawberry herbal sorbet, pineapple butter, mangonada, and more; plus, all attendees can vote for their favorite gelato artisan (who'll take home a gold medal and the chance to compete in the Gelato Festival World Masters in 2021). The delicious fest will also donate a portion of proceeds to Project Angel Food, an L.A.-based nonprofit that cooks and delivers free and healthy meals to those facing life-threatening illnesses. Abbot Kinney Festival (Venice): Shop, eat, drink, and dance at the 35th annual Abbot Kinney Festival. Expect over 130 vendors offering clothing, footwear, accessories, jewelry, home decor, stationery, and more; enjoy everything from burgers to Greek grub to vegan food and more from over 18 food trucks; and enjoy live music from local bands. There'll also be a beer garden (fast passes for $35 will be available) a Kidsquad with rides, bouncy slides, activities, and more (wristbands for unlimited access are $90 in advance and $100 at the door), and a music-filled parade that will kick off the festivities at 9:45 a.m.; get more details here.

The Grove's L.A. Family Day (Beverly Grove): Party with your fam for a good cause at The Grove's L.A. Family Day, which benefits nonprofit cancer research organization T.J. Martell Foundation. Hosted by actor Josh Server, the celebration will feature performances by JD McCrary, Nickelodeon star JoJo Siwa, and former Fifth Harmony member Ally Brooke, and will include food, drinks, and swag bags.
