Italian designer Brunello Cucinelli's harmony-seeking cashmere essentials and Dostoevsky-inspired approach to fashion has landed at Palisades Village. The high-end retail destination is now home to his eponymous luxury label's second L.A. outpost, which debuted in early September with a starry dinner party that included A-list guests like Jon Hamm, Andie MacDowell, and Patrick Dempsey.

Located next door to Vince on Swarthmore Avenue, the 1,268-square-foot boutique stocks the Cucinelli's latest womenswear, menswear, and kids clothing, footwear, and accessories collections (approximately $210 to $7,995), including his best-selling cashmere sweaters, men's suiting, polo shirts, and slim-fit cotton and jersey basics beloved by Silicon Valley superstars. (Mark Zuckerberg is a fan of Cucinelli's $325 slim-fit gray tees, and the designer had also made 400 black tees for Steve Jobs.)

The sleek space also offers the "humanistic" label's home textiles, candles, ceramics, and more, while the shop's own interiors — which feature white brick walls, nature-inspired touches, and Italian accents — are inspired by Cucinelli's headquarters in the medieval Italian town of Solomeo, where the designer lovingly restored the 14th-century hamlet into a thriving community and factory over the last 40 years.
