After the last year's devastating fire that destroyed its previous stomping grounds, Mercado Sagrado is determined to keep the good vibes going. Next month, the conscious market's sixth annual bohemian bazaar is heading to King Gillette Ranch in Calabasas, where it's once again bringing two days of mindful shopping, eating, healing and more to the scenic Santa Monica Mountains.
Happening Saturday, Nov. 16 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), and Sunday, Nov. 17 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), the artful al fresco market promises over 100 eco-conscious vendors offering handmade and vintage clothing, art, decor, ceramics, and much more — think linen womenswear from Ozma, small-batch scents from Orris Perfumery, skincare from Osea, wellness concoctions from Sun Potion, wabi-sabi home goods from Sonomama, chic textiles from Totem Home, macrame bags by Kkibo, and vintage from Tavin Boutique, to name just a few.
There'll also be a healthy food fair (which includes Highland Park favorite Amara Kitchen, Canyon Coffee, Broad Street Oyster Co., and others), panel discussions, hands-on workshops, installations by resident artist Nico Georis, live performances, kid-friendly classes, aura photobooths, and even pampering services, including holistic facials, palm and tarot readings, natal charts, custom herbal formulas, massage and energy work, and so much more. Pets are also welcome (so long as they're leashed) and there'll be free on-site parking, too.
Feeling it? Advance tickets are $65 per day and $120 for weekend passes (kids 12 and under are free); otherwise, they're $80 per day at the door, so get them early and buy online here.
Oh, and we're also giving away a free pair of tickets to one lucky reader — to enter, head over to our Instagram for more details or see below. (Good luck!)
