L.A.'s Coolest Holiday Markets & Events for Shopping Stylish Gifts

From West Coast Craft's first L.A. event to Jackalope Indie Fair, there's something for everyone.

Bust out your solstice tinsel and chug down that eggnog: If all of those recent (and upcoming) illuminated festivities aren't any already an indication, the Chrismakwanzakkuh (or whatever you celebrate) shopping season is officially in full swing in Los Angeles. Whether your recipient is particular about supporting indie talents or you prefer to shop small and ditch the mall, there are plenty of L.A. holiday markets for finding the perfect present for everyone on your Good List.

From bohemian-modern bazaars like Echo Park Craft Fair, Mercado Sagrado, and Modern Artisan Marketplace for the straw bag-carrying style set to massive shopping events like L.A.-born Unique Market, Jackalope Indie Fair, and West Coast Craft's first-ever SoCal event, gift hunters have no shortage of options around town. If you prefer to shop small(er), there's also Bitchcraft's unapologetically witchy Winter Faire, Hotel Bel-Air's luxury-filled holiday happening, and By Way of Us and Allies of Mother Earth's eco-friendly fair, to name just a few. Bonus: Many of these cool markets feature Yuletide-happy backdrops and festive portrait studios for taking care of your holiday greeting cards.

We'll be updating this list as more events roll in; bookmark this page, then keep reading below for the best holiday shopping events in L.A. this weekend and beyond.
