Now that Los Angeles County has entered the orange tier, The Promenade at Westfield Topanga's resident experiential event pros are finally going car-free for their next social distancing-friendly experience. After hosting drive-through festivities for Halloween and the holidays, the Hollywood industry pros behind Experiential Supply Co. are treating L.A. to Sugar Rush, a candy-coated 'grammable wonderland that's taking over the alfresco shopping center's parking lot starting this Friday, April 2.
Running through Sunday, May 2 and open Mondays through Fridays from 3 to 9 p.m. and weekends from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., the whimsical walk-through attraction promises 40,000 square feet of saccharine-powered pathways, light-filled tunnels, geodesic domes, colorful confection-inspired installations, eye-popping art displays, playful parade floats, and other family-friendly scenery.
All surfaces and areas will be regularly disinfected, and performers and staff will wear masks and gloves. Sweet-toothed guests and parents, take note: There'll be plenty of sweet treats included with admission.
For those looking to feed their imaginations before Sugar Rush opens this week, Westfield Topanga's selfie-ready photo moment will give you a taste of the experience. Plus, can score a chance to win tickets when you share your snap on Instagram and tag @westfieldtopanga and @ride.sugar.rush.
Individual tickets are $30 and group tickets range from $55 for two people to $108 for six people; see more options and reserve your visit online here.
