Registered nurse Tenley Starr Fabian honed her skills as one of SoCal's youngest tier one trauma ER nurses at Ventura County Medical Center — so it's safe to say that your face is in good hands at Starr MedSpa, the expert injector's first skincare studio and medical spa that quietly opened last year at the Mediterranean-inspired Westlake Village Inn.

Tucked away inside the luxury resort's Spa Relais, the medspa is helmed by Fabian as CEO and medical director Dr. Jonathan Sykes, a renowned board-certified plastic surgeon who specializes in aesthetic and reconstructive surgeries. Walk beneath the rustic wooden arbor entrance and beyond the light-filled lobby and boutique and you'll arrive at Fabian's chic self-care sanctuary, conveniently located steps away from the sparkling adults-only pool, a Himalayan salt sauna, and cold-therapy snow shower imported from Italy.

As far as Starr MedSpa's menu, expect rejuvenating and restorative face and body treatments, including facials and chemical peels ($80 to $650 and up), microneedling with or without platelet-rich plasma ($200 to $1200), IV hydration for muscle recovery and hydration, B12 energy shots, laser hair removal, IPL for removing dark spots, and more.

Injectables offerings include lip and cheek fillers such as Juvederm ($730 and up) and Restylane ($500 and up), wrinkle reducers such as Botox and Dysport ($15 per unit), Kybella fat dissolver ($799 per vial), metabolism-boosting Lipoplex ($45), and other more.
