Acclaimed for its avant-garde watchmaking, commitment to innovation, and forward-thinking technology since 1860, luxury timepiece brand Tag Heuer has opened its first Los Angeles boutique, at the city's trendy Westfield Century City mall. The brand-new outpost marks the second Southern California location for the high-end watch brand. Its first boutique debuted in 2021 at Costa Mesa's upscale South Coast Plaza.

Only a sleek yet stately design for the new brick-and-mortar would do, seeing as Tag Heuer is a member of the luxury conglomerate LVMH (Moët Hennessey Louis Vuitton) group. Modern, matte gray walls, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and pops of the brand's iconic racing red flow throughout the store, while geometric glass showcases meander across the space to display the various glimmering timepieces.

To celebrate the opening, the brand welcomed celebrities, media, influencers, and clients from across Southern California to peruse the beautiful watches, sip on custom smoked cocktails, and enjoy tasty hors d'oeuvres. "As sales and momentum for Tag Heuer continue to rapidly increase in the U.S. market, we are thrilled to announce our further expansion in the west coast," Benjamin Beaufils, President of Tag Heuer Americas, told UncoverLA. "We look forward to sharing our avant-garde spirit in these prominent retail hubs, along with welcoming new loyal clientele we previously could only interact with via e-commerce."

Most notably in attendance for the grand opening was actress Madelyn Cline, star of Netflix's hit series Outer Banks and recent film Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery. Cline opted for Tag Heuer's dazzling Carrera Date ($53,800) watch to complete her look, constructed from polished steel and 18-karat rose gold, while featuring over 700 intricately set diamonds and a mother-of-pearl dial.

Tag Heuer now boasts three retail spaces across California, one in Northern California and two in Southern California, with many more across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Australia. In addition to its 260 boutiques and 2,300 points of sale worldwide, Tag Heuer products can be purchased online via the brand's official website for select countries.
