Black In Every Color, Art In Every Form (Koreatown): Happy Frieze Week, L.A.! Presented by Black In Every Color (BIEC), art advisory ARTLOUDLA, and actor Kofi Siriboe, the multi-artist exhibition celebrates the Black artistic vanguard across a range of mediums, spotlighting works by mid and early career Black artists. The three-day exhibition will include panels, performances, and immersive installations, featuring JOJO ABOT, Lisane Basquiat, Patrisse Cullors, LÁOLÚ, Adrienne Muse, Autumn Breon, Langston Allston, Adrian Dunn, and more. From February 21-23, the exhibition continues with a three-day ticketed public program from 11am-7pm, featuring panels, performances, and immersive installations.

Black History Month Celebration x Third Street Promenade (Santa Monica): Celebrate Black History Month at the Third Street Promenade! Hosted as part of the Crafted by Culture series in partnership with Shopfest, the event will spotlight Black makers, artists, and entrepreneurs, honoring their creative contributions with an exciting lineup of activities for all ages. The event will feature over 20 local vendors showcasing unique products from African American-owned businesses, providing an opportunity for attendees to support artisans and entrepreneurs from the community. Taking place on the 1300 block of Third Street Promenade, this free community celebration will be packed with live performances, including music, spoken word, and dance, from local talent like DJ Asha, Arielle Estoria, Maestro the Vocalinist, and more. For the younger crowd, the Kids Zone will provide fun and interactive activities, including a special children's book reading by Alexis Mozell and CJ Charles, designed to inspire young minds.
