How and Where to Shop Kenzo x H&M in LA, OC, and Beyond Tomorrow

The highly-anticipated collab lands in stores and online Thursday.

You've seen the lookbook, the icon-filled campaign shot by legendary photog Jean-Paul Goude, and Pinned everything to your wishlist: finally, next week's your chance to shop the Kenzo x H&M collaboration. Landing in stores Thursday, November 3rd, the collection designed by cult-fave duo Carol Lim and Humberto Leon (also known as the geniuses behind Opening Ceremony) for the fast fashion retailer is definitely going to be one for the cool-kid books.

To help you plan your shopping mission properly, we've listed all seven H&M SoCal locations that will stock the Kenzo x H&M collection (including shops in Orange County and San Diego) and where the line will start. In addition, we've outlined all of the rules of the game, from the wristband situation to returning merch and more, plus a few pro tips for first-timers.

Where to Buy

Beverly Center: 8500 Beverly Blvd., Beverly Grove; 310-855-1009
Line will form outside in front of Macy's on the north side of the mall at Beverly Boulevard. Pro tip: park closest to Macy's, then take the staircase to street level access.

West Hollywood: 8580 Sunset Blvd.; 855-466-7467
Line will form in front of the store on the Sunset side. Pro tip: Don't park at the Sunset Plaza, as there's a chance you'll get towed. Instead, there's designated parking at The Sunset shopping center (where H&M is located), accessible at Alta Loma Drive.

How to Buy

Lining up: The store opens at 8am and shoppers who arrive early should line up at the locations above. Staff will give everyone a run-down on how the shopping system will work.

Wristbands: The first 420 shoppers will get a wristband to shop the Kenzo x H&M collection, and customers will be allowed to shop the designer collection area in groups of 30. There'll be 14 colors, each with a designated time slot. Once you've got your wristband, you're free to go until it's time for you to shop. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your your time to ensure you're in the correct line and get the full details.

Shopping the collection: Each group of 30 will have 15 minutes to shop the collection, with 5 minutes between groups to allow staff to tidy up and re-stock. If you didn't arrive early enough for a wristband, you can still shop the collab after the last group of early birds are done.

Item limits: Purchases from the Kenzo x H&M collection (including accessories, footwear, and bags) are limited to two pieces maximum per style per person.

Returns and exchanges: Shoppers will be refunded their original form of payment with a receipt until Wednesday, November 9th. From Thursday, November 10th to Monday, November 21st with or without receipt, only store credit will be issued. No returns will be accepted after November 21st. Note that all merchandise but include the original tags and be in the original selling condition, and returns are only accepted at H&M stores. Returns without a receipt require a valid photo ID. Online purchases can also be returned in store.
