If you couldn't tell from the massive inflatable smiley face in the window, Anya Hindmarch's new Melrose Place boutique is one big happy space for bag ladies. The London-based accessories designer debuts her new LA flagship tomorrow on the stylish shopping stretch, where she's relocating from Robertson Boulevard.

Landing at the corner of Melrose and Alfred (next-door neighbors include Cotton Citizen, Hindmarch's boutique offers her full collection carryalls and accessories, including her fuzzy Pac-Man ghost crossbodies and backpacks ($1,595 to $2,950), Space Invader satchels, shearling boots and coats ($1,595 to $2,950), pixelated leather stickers and diamante patches ($75 to $225), embellished bag straps, and more from her retro video game-inspired fall/winter line. (Fun fact: the designer's digital art-inspired creations are approved by the original game makers.)

The space also houses a bespoke accessories corner where shoppers can customize jewelry boxes, travel cases, bookmarks, and other luxe leather keepsakes with their own handwriting, photos, and more.
