Remember that modern massage studio from the founders of Drybar? Tomorrow's the big day: Following last weekend's soft opening, Squeeze makes its official début in Studio City.

Located on Ventura Boulevard (conveniently less than a mile from Drybar), the stress-free sanctuary offers personalized massages that can be booked through Squeeze's iPhone app or the website (sorry, Android users); walk-ins are accepted, too, but you'll still need to schedule your sesh via the studio's in-store iPad. You'll be able to customize everything from the massage duration (20, 50, or 80 minutes) to the pressure (light, medium, firm, deep tissue, and pre-natal), and you can even specify whether you want your massage therapist to use oil or lotion and request that they avoid certain areas.

Once you're in the studio and checked in, you can add free extras like aromatherapy (they've got fragrances focused to help you sleep and heal, to name a few) and choose your room's lighting, temperature, and tunes. No need to worry about bringing cash for tips, either—payment and tipping are handled via the app or online—and if you're satisfied with your service, you can even re-book your therapist again.

As far as pricing, 20-minute chair massages are $39, while 50- to 80-minute massages are $109 to $129 for non-members. Those in need of regular rubdowns can get a monthly membership ($99 per month), which includes one 80-minute massage, free extras (your choice of heat therapy, aromatherapy, or deep tissue), and discounts on additional sessions ($29 to $79).

Even better: Monthly credits roll over and never expire, and with every membership sold, Squeeze provides a day of canine support to a person with a disability through Canine Companions for Independence.

Though Squeeze is the brainchild of Drybar founder Alli Webb and former vice president of marketing Brittany Driscoll, you won't be able to book a post-back rub blowout—but you can relax knowing that the therapeutic startup is backed by women. The company's rad advisors include Webb, The Man Repeller founder Leandra Medine, Drybar director of team experience Sarah Landau, and Monster Energy president of the Americas Emelie Tirre. (If you really dig their self-care mission, you can even apply to open your own franchise.)

Into it? Take a peek inside the relaxation haven and scroll through the gallery above, and swing by this weekend to score a swag bag of goodies (worth over $800) while supplies last. Oh, and use the code SQZNOW to score $30 off your massage when you book by April 30 on Squeeze's iPhone app or website.

Squeeze Massage, 12338 Ventura Blvd., Studio City, 91604; open daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.;(855) 858-6263
