Elly Amai Japanese Fruit & Matcha Pop-Up (WeHo): Just in time for sakura season, Elly Amai is taking over the hotel's Ritual restaurant for a limited-time April residency, bringing its cult-favorite ceremonial matcha and rare Japanese fruit omakase to the Sunset Strip. Known for hard-to-find delicacies like Crown Melon, Shine Muscat grapes, and viral luxury strawberries, this is the brand's only L.A. home for the month. Guests can book a $60 omakase experience featuring matcha, fruit-forward dishes, dessert and tea, or stop by for an à la carte menu with highlights like single-origin matcha and specialty strawberry drinks.
