Expect womenswear, menswear, and accessories from Vala Los Angeles, Brother Vellies, A.W.A.K.E., Mara Paris, Christos, Percy Lau, and more. Felix Art Fair (Hollywood): The second annual Felix Art Fair once again takes over the iconic Roosevelt Hotel, bringing together renowned contemporary art galleries from across the world under one stylish roof. This year's special project theme — curated by William J. Simmons — is "Cruel Optimism," which focuses on theorist and historian Lauren Berlant's concept that "exists when something you desire is actually an obstacle to your flourishing." Tickets are $25 for the entire weekend (including Thursday evening's preview hours starting at 6 p.m.); buy them online here.

Frieze Los Angeles (Hollywood & beyond): The contemporary art fair takes over L.A. for an entire week of collaborations with galleries and museums, public exhibitions, performances, and more. From Feb. 14 to 16, expect a full schedule of panel discussions, film screenings, food, and showcases from over 70 galleries at Paramount Pictures Studios' movie set backlot. Frieze is also partnering with the Broad, the Getty, the Hammer, LACMA, MOCA, and others for off-site events and exhibitions, such as a mural by Barbara Kruger at NeueHouse Hollywood, a showcase of Louis Vuitton's Objets Nomades collection at Milk Studios, screenings at NeueHouse and West Hollywood Edition, and much more. Hulu's High Fidelity Pop-Up at Amoeba (Hollywood): To toast the streaming giant's new series starring Zoe Kravitz and inspired by the Nick Hornby's cult classic book and film (which starred her mother, Lisa Bonet), Amoeba Records will be transformed into a High Fidelity-inspired space. Expect interactive experiences, giveaways, and more; plus, Hulu is partnering with Little Kids Rock for all three days and matching 50% of sales, which will go to the music education nonprofit.
