After cozying up (albeit temporarily) The Grove last year, Lunya is finally bringing its cult-favorite washable silk PJ sets and more to their own chic home. The Santa Monica-based label is opening a store on Melrose Place, and it's slated to open this summer — just in time for Angelenos to stock up on the brand's breathable sleepwear that they won't mind wearing out of the house.
The brand is taking over Glossier's former space next door to Rothy's. Founded in 2014 by entrepreneur Ashley Merrill, Lunya is known for its stylish sleep essentials, loungewear, and accessories ($48 to $298) in anti-slob fabrics — think sleep sets, robes, jumpsuits, and other cozy silhouettes in washable silk; organic pima cotton tees and dresses; supportive modal bras, briefs, and shorts; breathable sweat-wicking sleeveless dresses; chunky wool pullovers; and more.
The brand currently has locations (both dubbed The Bedroom) in Atlanta and New York. No word yet if the store is permanent or a pop-up; we've reached out to Lunya for more deets.
