Patagonia Out the Back: Surf Film Premieres (Ventura): Patagonia is bringing surfers, filmmakers and ocean-safety experts together for a series of events focused on surf culture, community and big-wave safety. The Ford/Hill Project (DTLA): Experience the West Coast premiere of The Ford/Hill Project, a 65-minute theatrical work built from the verbatim Senate testimonies of Anita Hill and Christine Blasey Ford. Created by Obie Award winners Lee Sunday Evans and Elizabeth Marvel as a Waterwell Production, the piece brings their two historic hearings together through an L.A. ensemble cast including Rosemarie DeWitt, Betty Gabriel, Dulé Hill and Rich Sommer. Each performance is followed by a moderated post-show conversation with cast members and invited speakers.

The Light We Leave Behind (Arts District): Step inside a surreal, phone-free live music experience from L.A. artist Emmit Fenn at East End Studios. The approximately two-hour journey moves guests through four immersive environments featuring snow, water, light and rain, culminating in a live performance inside The Water Room, where Fenn performs alongside a small ensemble as the lighting and music respond as one. The experience also includes complimentary tea in The Snow Lounge and a gallery showcasing the drawings, objects and garments behind the project's creation.

FX's "AHS:13" Experience (Hollywood): Step into the terrifying world of American Horror Story with FX's immersive "AHS:13" activation at nya studios EAST. Inspired by a Rube Goldberg machine, the experience takes guests through interactive puzzles, chain reactions, jump scares and Easter eggs from all 12 seasons, from Murder House and Hotel to Asylum and Freak Show, before culminating in a sneak peek at the upcoming 13th installment. Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios (Hollywood): Universal Studios Hollywood's Halloween Horror Nights returns for the 2026 season with a terrifying lineup of haunted houses, scare zones and live entertainment. New experiences include "Terror Tram starring Art the Clown," "KILLceañera: Music by SLASH" and "Dead, Deader, Deadest," alongside the return of fan-favorite "Killer Klowns From Outer Space" and "The Purge: Dangerous Waters." Lido Legacy Live: The Righteous Brothers (Newport Beach): The Righteous Brothers, Bill Medley and Bucky Heard, will take the stage at the historic Lido Theater for two inaugural benefit concerts supporting the Newport Beach Junior Lifeguard Scholarship Program and Friends of OASIS Senior Center. Both evenings begin with a reception featuring cocktails, appetizers and a silent auction along The Lido Walk, followed by the concert. Fans can expect classics including "(You're My) Soul and Inspiration," "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling" and "Unchained Melody," plus auction experiences like a meet-and-greet with Medley and the chance to sing onstage with him.

Echoes of Our Ancestors 2: Heroes & Saints (Griffith Park): Celebrate Armenian culture and heritage with an epic musical and visual experience at The Greek Theatre, headlined by Serj Tankian of System of a Down. Following its sold-out world premiere at the venue in 2025, the production returns with the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, led by Chief Conductor Sergey Smbatyan, alongside artists including Arto Tuncboyacıyan, Sebu of Capital Cities, Inga & Anush Arshakyan and Isabel Bayrakdarian. Hulu's "Chad Powers" Catfish Food Truck (Venice): Hulu is bringing the world of "Chad Powers" to Venice for a free one-day pop-up celebrating the return of Season 2. Fans can stop by the Catfish Food Truck for show-inspired bites like the SG Catfish Po'Boy and Fries Full of Lies, each paired with a complimentary sweet tea, or "change the play" for a chance to catch exclusive Powers #2 jerseys launched from a soft-shot cannon. The activation will also feature a "Sea of Chads," with masked Chad Powers lookalikes popping up throughout Venice and other LA spots. Food and merch are available while supplies last.

First Friday: Stamp Carving Workshop with Artist Timothy Musso (Catalina): Spend the evening at Catalina Museum for Art & History with artist Timothy Musso for a creative stamp-carving workshop inspired by his current exhibition, Tim Musso: Chasing the Sun: The Art, Process, and Design of Writing and Illustrating a Children's Book. The evening begins with a brief tour of the exhibition, featuring 19 original linoleum prints created for Musso's book Chasing the Sun, which follows the Arctic Tern's extraordinary 50,000-mile annual migration, before participants dive into their own hands-on stamp-carving experience.

Kaskade (Santa Monica): Dance by the ocean as Kaskade brings his immersive ORIGIN // show to one of Southern California's most iconic waterfront landmarks. Presented by Goldenvoice, the electronic music favorite will take over the Santa Monica Pier with support from Bryce Alakai for a special night overlooking the Pacific. The show is currently sold out, but fans can join the waitlist for a chance to attend.

"Cars": 20th Anniversary Friday Fan Event (Hollywood): Rev up for a special 20th anniversary celebration of Pixar's Cars at the El Capitan Theatre, where fans can catch the beloved animated classic back on the big screen. FX's "The Drop" Neighborhood Sessions (Windsor Hills): Celebrate the premiere of FX's The Drop: A Snowfall Saga with an afternoon rooted in music, Black-owned businesses and South Los Angeles culture. The free community experience will feature performances, complimentary food, immersive activations and collaborations with iconic local brands, plus exclusive giveaways while supplies last.
