In honor of the Mexican holiday (which PD notes is not Mexico's Independence Day, contrary to popular belief) this Saturday, May 5, the online liquor store and market is launching the Pinkarita, a spicy twist on the classic margarita. That's not all: They're also donating $1 from every purchase of theto the National Immigrant Law Center in an effort to help defend the rights of low-income immigrants. As far as what's in the box, the Pinkarita comes with prickly pear cocktail syrup, firewater bitters and cactus garnishes, tajin chili salt, fresh lime juice, festive pink straws and napkins, and a handy fact sheet on the little-known history behind Cinco De Mayo.
