Last night's Create & Cultivate 100 list party was no average awards season fête. Held at Milk Studios in Hollywood, the bash celebrated successful women from across 10 industries, with guests ranging from red carpet regulars like award-winning actress Hilary Swank and model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to entrepreneurs like ClassPass founder Payal Kadakia and The Goods Mart founder Rachel Krupa to content creator/artist Laci Jordan to celeb hairstylist Justine Marjan and more.

There was plenty to keep guests entertained at the Chevrolet-sponsored black carpet party, which featured 100 music honoree/DJ Lola Langola (who spun everything from hip hop to classic '90s R&B beats), a pink video booth, and even a wall where guests could ring a doorbell for Milkbar cookies and Chandon champagne. (Of course, the bubbly and treats were served up by a gloved hand through a window — which you might've caught on our Instagram Stories?)

We were on the scene to chat with a handful of inspiring honorees and attendees to ask, "What's a skill that you've cultivated that has helped lead to your success?" Below, see who we caught up with along with their wise words of wisdom (and see more on our IG Stories from the event), check out the full 100 list at Create & Cultivate here, and scroll through the gallery above to see who else attended the starry soirée.
